Taurus Colors: Sun, Moon, Rising & Venus

Taurus combines two layered greens with ochre and clay rose. The result reads as a botanical earth palette: the greens establish continuity, ochre adds dry warmth, and rose prevents the system from becoming entirely neutral.

01

Taurus Core

Leaf green gives the Taurus Sun a steady base

The medium green is broad enough for a main surface without becoming overly dark. It establishes the palette’s natural center.

Taurus Inner

Forest green makes the Taurus Moon more enclosed

The darker green adds depth and works well for structure, borders, or quiet panels where the Sun green would feel too open.

Taurus Horizon

Ochre makes the Taurus Rising tactile

The brown-gold introduces a material contrast to both greens. It works like wood, leather, or dry grass inside the palette.

Taurus Attraction

Clay rose warms the Taurus Venus accent

The dusty rose adds a softer human note. It is most useful in small accents, imagery, or secondary surfaces beside green.

Palette relationship

How the four Taurus colors work together

The two greens can carry most of the visual system, while ochre and rose should separate functional layers. Keeping those warm colors smaller preserves the palette’s grounded character.

Botanical foundation

Use leaf green for the main field, forest green for structure, and ochre for labels or material accents.

Garden and clay

Pair the softer green and clay rose across larger areas, then use forest green where stronger separation is needed.

Use the palette

Two ways to apply the Taurus palette

  1. An interior or material moodboard built around green surfaces, wood-toned details, and a restrained rose accent.
  2. Packaging or stationery where forest green handles type and the warmer colors distinguish small categories.
